Do I need a reservation?

Yes and No. All of our tea service is by reservation. Please see Teas by Reservation for a list of our tea services. We also offer a walk in menu in our Eatery without reservation. This is NOT the same menu as our tea services, which again are only by reservation @ 763.422.4160.

How far in advance do I need a reservation?

Saturdays are our busiest day of the week and often book up approximately 3-4 weeks in advance. When making reservations, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Do you have a menu?

Yes, we have an A la carte menu. The Mad Hatter Eatery offers a walk in menu service. All Tea Service is by Reservation, however you can also order from our menu when you are here for your reservation.

Are children welcome at the Tea Room?

Yes, we can accommodate children ages 4 and up. Please let us know when you call for a reservation that there are children accompanying you. We recommend our Duchess Tea for children ages 10 and under. We do NOT have high chairs.

Do you accommodate special dietary concerns?

We can accommodate vegetarian and gluten intollerance restrictions with advance reservations and notice. We can NOT accommodate strict dietary restrictions as we are a small tea room and not able to prepare for such in a cost effective manner.

Can we pick any tea we like?

Yes, we have over 40 varieties of tea. You may choose the tea of your choice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to “Reservation Policy” located on the Left Column of our Home page.

How many teas to you carry?

We carry over 40 varieties of loose leaf tea.

Do you have a dress code?

We do not have a dress code. However, many of our guests love to come dressed up and wearing hats. We also have a hat rack that you can borrow a hat from during your visit with us.

Do you do private parties or groups?
