Reservation Policy

All teas are by reservation via phone at 763.422.4160.

You are NOT confirmed for a reservation until you speak with a Hatter.

We do NOT accept email reservations.

Reservations are to be made for the exact number of people in your party.

All reservations made for groups of 5 or more are to be pre paid in full for the total number of people when the reservation is made via Mastercard, Visa, Cash, or Check.

Groups of 5 are more incur an 18% Gratuity that will be added to your bill.

If there is a decrease in the number of people in your party you must notify The Mad Hatter a minimum of 5 days in advance of your reservation to receive a credit for another tea to be used within 60 days for another reservation.

There are NO refunds given for reservations unless you cancel or change your reservation a minimum of 15 days in advance of your reservation.  

Your credit card will be charged for cancellations and no-shows beyond the 5 day cancellation period.
